Unprofessional management. They use inspections to generate revenue and are very intrusive. No privacy. Have you heard that the best landlord is the one you see once. These guys are in your apartment every 2 months. They are not accommodating if you ask for them to produce records or schedule something they cannot do it. There are over 200 apartments, but only SIX visitor parking spaces. Management does not care there is not adequate parking for guests. Management's solution is for guests to park on UGA campus, which isn't possible during football season. Also, the walls are incredibly thin. I can hear my neighbors talking and hear people walking up and down the halls. I question the sturdiness of the building structure because my entire apartment shakes and vibrates regularly. Finally, this building requires you use DirecTV for cable television. Residents are required to pay DirecTV as well as the installation company ($8.95/month). Since this complex is not cable ready, the only option for internet is DSL through AT&T. I rented from fall '08 through winter '09. ...
