Customer service is HORRIBLE, maintenance team is even worse! Haley Cabe who was a manager in 2009 when I first moved in was extremely ineffective when issues necessitated a manager's involvement. Beth Kanady who is currently a manager there has to have one of the nastiest attitudes EVER! The maintenance team is full of ex convicts who unprofessionally walk around with their shirts off like they're at home and not on a job. Regardless of the heat, you're working-keep it professional. Not to mention the half ass jobs they do when the decide to actually maintain units! Upon move out, I was charged for things that were on my move in inspection sheet. After speaking with Bitchy Beth, I was told to wait for her call so we can "talk about it". Issue has YET to be resloved! Incompetent high school diploma staff have no clue how to handle residents, which may be one of the reasons they are struggling to keep the agency alive. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this complex or realty agency to anyone with the exception that price is great especially if you're a college student. BUT-remember: you get what you pay for! First things I smelled walking into the apartment... Mold, the scent of a dark, dank kennel. The carpet had holes in it from a previous dog (and I stepped on a nail coming out of one of those holes). The carpet was filthy and stained. If you walked on it with bare feet or in socks, the bottoms would turn black in a matter of minutes. The manager REFUSED to replace the carpet, but offered to "clean it again" (if it was cleaned in the first place at all..). Maintenance is pretty fast and efficient. I had to pay a pet fee of 350 (non refundable) for my kitten. I almost didn't want to pay it because the carpet was so far destroyed my kitten (who is declawed) couldn't do any more damage to it.
