The landlords from hell. They do NOT fix anything broken in the units. We literally had a dud dishwasher that would spill all over your floor if you ran it for the entirety of our stay. They would lie and say someone came out, but they didn't. Our unit flooded, and their cheap solution was to replace cabinets with particle board. Luckily they aren't very smart and combined my $250 pet fee with my $550 deposit so when they tried to scam me out of $300+, I got most of my deposit back. This was after they showed up on the wrong day for my move out inspection after I called multiple days confirming with them since they are stupid enough to mess that up and claimed my damages shouldn't amount to more than $100-150.
