I have lived here 3 years Graduating in May, I hate to leave it has been home. I have never had any issues, management is friendly and pleasant to deal with. Maintenance might take a day but many times they repair the problem the same day. Price is Great I rented from summer 2015 through summer 2018. ...

Decent place, but ridiculous utilities. Gotta love the feeling of having a $150.00+ electric bill for a one bed room place, despite having the minimum amount of items actually drawing power. Do not live here. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

The incompetent girls working at the Joiner Management on-site office will completely screw you when you move out. Prepared to completely lose your deposit regardless of the state of your apartment. One of the girls even told us we had done a good enough job that we would get most of our deposit back. When we got the bill 3 months later, they said we completely lost the deposit and we owed them money. If you want dishonest management and don't want your deposit back, Arbor Creek is for you. If not, then I suggest you live somewhere else. I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...
