Dont rent from Parkers and Associates. Plain and Simple. They dont care about their residents and are EXTREMELY rude and unresponsive. I hope you all never have to deal with Teresa and Kristin and the rest of their awful staff. Since I ve lived here, I ve been charged random fines, charged for apartment maintenance that s THEIR fault, and they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I ve previously lived in an apartment off Riverbend and I regret ever moving here. Their prices are also inconsistent (it s not uncommon to have someone in the exact same apartment paying a different price than you). It s a nice neighborhood but definitely not worth the trouble of living here. I d give this place 0 stars just because of the staff if I could. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...

They are the absolute WORST management company in Athens. Maintenance is slow, they'll charge you fines for no reason, and they're overall completely unhelpful, rude and unresponsive UNLESS they believe you owe them money. The Woodlands is not a bad place to live, but Parker's and Associates is just awful. Save yourself some money and frustration and lease from someone else. This is the third apartment complex I've lived in in Athens and this management company is the worst by far. If I could give me 0 stars, I would without hesitation.
