We lived in this apartment for 2 years and the service was not too bad (not so good either) but the day we gave our lease termination notice, things changed drastically. They treated us badly and the worst part is that in spite of keeping the apartment clean and cleaning it thoroughly before leaving, they charged us 1500 $ for maintenance. The worst part is that they even charged us for the carpet change and we were not given a new carpet when we moved in either. Never knew they would stoop to such levels to get money from you.
