This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in!! I moved from S. Carolina and was told that Stone Mountain was the suburbs. This is a total lie! It is ghetto-fabulous and this complex lives up to the reputation. The rent is inexpensive but definitely not worth it. The location is in a really bad area and the people in the complex hang around, drink, smoke marijuana, and shoot off guns shots every weekend. There are stray cats everywhere scratching up the hood and doors of our cars. The tenants light up there BBQ pits on their patios and let it fire up in the air in their closed off patios. I thought for sure our building would catch afire. The police helicopters hover over the complex every weekend because of the crime in our complex or shots going off. The manager is rude, arrogant and could care less about anyone that lives here. The tenants seems to get away with murder in here because she does not step one foot out of the office. She's messy and likes to instigate tenant rivalry. She only cares about herself and has lied to all of us that we have a courtesy officer. I have never witnessed an officer in this complex. I have tried to call and have the so-called 'officer' call me back and he has never called me back to hear my complaints. I have never seen this officer whom we were told is a officer of Dekalb County. The parking is horrible with everyone's momma and cousin using up the spaces and you have to park far from your door and risk a break in. Also, many apartments and cars have been broken into. And one incident, a tenant robbed another tenants apartment. Homeless people walk through and beg for money or food. This apartment complex is trashy and anyone who moves in here could never concentrate on your studies. Don't move here! You will regret it. I rented from spring '06 through spring '07. ...
