Horrible place, stay away! Mostly because of the staff. The assistant community director is a living nightmare! She has a horrible attitude and is a soulless snake as well as her younger and eminently more malicious co-worker. Don't be fooled by the blond hair and fake smiles. It takes teamwork to create the type of satanic drama they conjure up. Residing there was just ok. Sure the gate was broken often, a few robberies took place, sluggish maintenance, dog poo lying around everywhere and the children's playground a run down, abandoned splinter trap. All bearable when compared to the horrible management. You can be the best tenant in the world, never late, neat and polite but try to leave when your lease is up and they WILL find any way to charge you for a laundry list of things you are not liable for. Take pictures of your apartment before you move in and don't fall for any tricks they try to use to get you to renew your lease with them before your lease is up. You will regret it. All things I wish I had done and known about. All they care about is money and will use any tactic to get it. The heartless, smelly harlots only see green, and live to take advantage of people who are just trying to do the best they can and work hard for everything that they have. I would certainly NOT recommend this place to anyone decent. Only thugs, criminals and the like. After all, birds of a feather should flock together. Avoid this place.
