This place is a glorified project development. Once you sign that lease the happy smiley faces stop!...and so does the help! Noise echoes down the halls so loudly you'll think people are in your home. I just had to go to the office for not having hot water ( again within a two month period ). The moron in the office told me to call the water company. Really!' We all get our hot water from the water company' The place has been broken into twice in two months. They broke into the office and stole the flat screens. Just recently the gym and the club room was broken into. This time 5 flat screens were stolen. The gym and the club room are WITHIN the gates...INSIDE! Cars get broken into often...INSIDE the "gates"!! Sometimes the system will "kick" you out and you'll find yourself not able to get into the complex...but, thieves and thugs come and go freely. Don't be fooled by the smiles and the fancy counter tops. Oh, and you'll get charged outrageous water rates. My first bill was $200.00 for 8000 gallons of usage!! 8000 gallons!! There's no way I used 8000 gallons of water; it's a one bedroom with one bathroom!...and when i brought this up to the office they asked, "Are you taking long showers'" What'! Bull!!! But it's in the lease that if you don't pay your utilities you're breaking the lease and could get evicted! Glorified projects!! Run by morons!!
