Current Resident

Every time it rains the lights go out, no one ever returns phone calls you put in maintenance request and your work never gets done, but it shows in the portal that the work has been completed. There are 52 units and about 38 of them are boarded up. No amenities, no air conditioner no heat every other month. There’s a problem with hot water. Barely any water pressure. And the property looks like hell. Grass is up to your waist. When they do send someone to cut it, they pay the walkway to the mailboxes and everything else is up to your waist. They don’t have maintenance or a property manager. Office is always close never open. Never answer phone calls. Never complete work orders. Charge you for pest control, but no one ever comes. Run as far as you can away from this place. They’re in bankruptcy. They just keep collecting rent and not fixing anything. Sooner or later it’ll catch up to them. ...

This place is a dump no one works in the office maintenance never fixes anything grass never gets cut lights always go off every other month. The hot water is out the last time it was for nine days. No air conditioning no heat. And the property manager Candice is the rudest person I’ve ever have encountered. This property is running off of the books. They’re in bankruptcy and they are not fixing anything. ...
