If I could rate it 0 I would. This entire place was a scam. They overcharge you for “luxury apartments” and then they won’t even put in the effort to clean up vomit in the hallways. There was literally a pile of puke on the stairs for over 3 months. It started to soak into the floor and made a permanent stain. This place was awful. Management purposely made your life harder and charge you for everything possible while we’re already struggling college students. The owners here have no morals. No common decency and made everything as hard as it could possibly be for their residents. The only thing I have to say that’s positive is that the staff (NOT MANAGEMENT) was nice. they seemed to be struggling to deal with the brain dead management too. ...

Construction for Bixby Kennesaw completed in Summer 2020 was disappointing considering the unfinished hallways of certain apartment buildings, broken elevators, and bare walls that needed paint. Our move-in date was changed because it was not approved yet to inspect the electrical wiring and safety for clients to live. The leasing/property management changed during my lease and most maintenance requests took weeks. My flat had a loose deadbolt and handle, which caused concern about the lack of security for the main door entry. This took at least a week for maintenance to fix. However, I will say that the complex was very quiet despite parties here and there to celebrate move-in. My lease ended in July of 2021 and I was very happy to move out because of all the mishaps with the leasing office. Off-campus housing can be very difficult to locate and feel safe and secure considering the rising in rent and roommate selections as most people are not as "perfect" as their application match is. ...

The Bixby complex is nice but can have some improvements made to it there have been instances where people have had loud music and trash in the hallways. Maintenance said they would take care of it but never did. The place is not bad to live at if you just want to move out of the parents home but if want something long term I wouldn't recommend ...

Love the location, close to almost everything you will need for groceries etc. Across the street from the Stadium. Love the viewing deck and study rooms. Small pool area but very nice. Parking garage is a plus but very busy.

So far, it is an an okay place to stay. The wifi is not really good and their are things that could run smoother such as the maintenance repairs, having lines in the parking garage since we have to enter and exit the same way.
