First year was very quiet mostly grad students. Now, many more undergrads which is not a problem. However, there is dog poop everywhere, neighbors are loud and nothing is done about it when reported. When i switched from a 2 bedroom to a 4 the 4 bedroom was in terrible shape. The floors in the bathroom all had to be replaced because of water damage. There have been numerous work orders and it takes a very long time(a month to 4 months) to get them done, if they get done at all. Very poorly managed by the Landmark Properties main office. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

This was hands down the worst living experience I have ever had. When I moved in it was a dump, broken windows, stained carpets, leaking showers and sinks and the place was filthy with black mold everywhere. Nothing was repaired as promised and I sunk a lot of time and money into the unit. I was even literally yelled at by the leasing agent when I went in for a third time to complain about the broken window that was that way for 2 weeks. When I moved out the place was spotless (Im a clean freak) and they are charging me $50 bucks for carpet cleaning and who knows what else. Never ever live here!!! All the neighbors will tell you the same thing! I rented from fall '09 through fall '09. ...
