I had a horrible experience living at Legacy Mills. I couldn't get hot water in one of the bathrooms for two months. It took several months for them to replace a broken fridge. My dishes broke because the shelves were not properly installed. I believe the maintenance man was stealing from my garage and apartment every time I complained about his lack of service. Code enforcement informed me in email that they didn't have permits for my HVAC unit that was not working properly. The toilets overflow bc of the units above (the excuse I was given). There are swamps in the back of the apartment where water has nearly come up to the apartment. The staff--especially Mackenzie--is very rude. She actually said they didn't have to fix my HVAC bc I was mean to the maintenance man. The irony is I was very polite. He lied and told her I said something that was rude, so he didn't have to do the repair. There is so much more to tell....This place is the worse experience I have ever had living in an apartment. It was a nightmare! ...

Management is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Charge an arm and a leg for roach infested units and dog poop and trash everywhere. Needs to be shut down and have new staff in the office ASAP!!!!!!!

Terrible experience at this apartment complex: nonexistent maintenance, trash everywhere, roach and big infested, rude staff, unavailable parking, noisy neighbors and dog poop everywhere. Worst experience ever!

DONT RENT THIS PLACE AT ALL! You'll regret it. I have been have suffered from them not allowing frequent visitors which is my sons father or 15 years coming by for his son. They said they had to do a background check on frequent visiters or to be on lease after it. From this he was banned to visit his son for almost the entire time no exseptions. I was always being watched and the entire staff lives there except one which is the DECUSTING DESPEHICAL VENFUL LIEING DECIEVING LIAR LIAR LAIR Ashley who is the manager. She'll f__k your family up if she doesn't like you. Her what I would like to call the staff are jobs scared slaves will taughnt you for her. The lady is a psyco path liar . She's even went off to talk to my nieghbors her other tennants and gossip bout me. They all said she has been like this to many people. Don't live there I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

Worst in Athens...... rude staff I rented from fall '09 through summer 10.
