This place is terrible. I had to find somewhere to move on short notice, and of course they had an opening, because people continuously back out of living here. The last person in the room I rented left holes in the wall and knocked out the screen so my whole time living here was spent with a squirrel coming in and out. Supposedly there is central air on the top 2 floors, but the vent in my room, as well as the bathroom did not work. The girl who was β€˜head of the household' (basically the person who is supposed to fix things, but in reality they just boss everyone around, keep it unbelievably hot all year, and expects everyone to clean up her mess, but also gets $100 off of rent each month for it) broke the shower door and left β€œinstructions” to fix it, which requires going to get the β€˜head of household' from the bottom level to come fix it. The driveway is a disaster, anytime one of my friends or my family wanted to park in the driveway they ran the risk of either getting trapped in or being asked to move every 3 seconds. Overall, I would suggest moving anywhere else. The landlords are sweet people, but they are much to old to take care of the house properly. I rented from fall 2017 through summer 2018. ...

The whole house can't accommodate 4 cars as they advertised (If so, one needs to tell others to move their cars). Windows are deformed by the coldness and are never replaced as they promised. Don't believe what your landlord said but is not on your contract. Very poor sound insulation. No air conditioner on the first floor. The WIFI gets disconnected once a day, and they don't care to fix it. The house is so old that one doesn't feel safe jumping on the floor. Besides, the house to the right of this one have party every Friday or Saturday, which is annoying. The landlord is willing to fix stuff though. ...
