street parking, frat house across the street and they have a lot of parties. The house is an very terrible conditions updates have not been made for a very long time. The landlord could careless about the place. He has a very hard time taking any criticism and is very inflexible when it comes to thing like the washing machine not being fixed for a month, he will not work with you on any rent issues. Even if you pay more to live somewhere else its worth it. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
