MNX Properties Bridge Port Appartment is not so good place to stay it has only one advantage of being near to school, Rest everything of this appartment sucks. The Appartment is kinda old and Rooms are small and rate per square foot the rent is high.as compared to other appartmets. Further more the management is not so good they just deduct the diposit as if it was ment to be used for them.I got deducted 115 dollars for little damage in window blind which cost 27 dollars in home depot ( New one) similarly they deduct same amount for the people living longer and shorter ( I stay there for 6 month and I have to pay same price as other who were living there for 2 years thats not fair )I was charged for cleaning the carpet 100 dollars even though when i moved in it was old and dirty. So My Advice is not to rent this appartment I rented from spring '06 through summer '07. ...
