perfect apartment: quiet, free utilities (cable, air, heat, water, trash), close to campus, $515/mo for 1 bedroom. nice landscaping, new appliances, 730 sq feet. landlord seems nice when you move in but ended up being terrible. most other tennents were senior citizens, so it was really quiet. also very safe.
