Rent from the Melrose if you like a completely incompitent staff working in your building, clueless security staff, furniture that is poorly made that you have to pay for the ware and tear(ex. carpet that comes up from use, the desk top peel off from having your computer on it. They decided to start charging me for parking when I didn't own a car. The Melrose is a nightmare. I would not live there for free! The staff is absolutely clueless and are always screwing up bills and other parts of your living experience in this place. Shady people are also around every corner there. Beware. ...

There's a duct running through every room in the apartment, so your roommates will hear everything that goes on in your room and vice versa. Fellow renters are always noisy and the staff does nothing about it. Parking is expensive and there's usually someone in your spot. Windows don't open. The staff is poorly trained and clueless.
