If you want the place for the swimming pool make sure you're in the building with the pool. Also, make sure you can sign a 6 month lease because they'll get ya if you can't stay the whole year. I rented from winter '05 through winter '05.

Great if you don't want to get a security deposit back at the end. It was fine living there until they decided they wanted to go to court over this I rented from spring '07 through spring '08.
