I lived there three years until a large fire burned down several apartments in my building. This place is extremely rundown,downright dangerous and unhealthy. Bugs,vagrants,meth labs,muders,you name it.

Stay AWAY! First and foremost, they try to label themselves as cheap but then once they've secured you as a resident, they tack on over $100 (maybe $150ish) in fees. It's a ridiculous list of fees that you get charged. Never seen anything quite like it. Couldn't even believe my eyes as I scrolled and scrolled and scrolled through the list of fees. Other than that, murders, drug raids, 4 different fires in my building alone, one of which left me without heat for 2 days, water shut off twice a week and you still get to pay for water even though it's shut off, oh and you get the repair fee added to your grocery list of fees, twice had a cop walk up to my back porch and ask about gun shots that were called in. Get used to seeing and talking to cops often living here. Enjoy playing which floor has the working laundry machines today. It's a fun game, I promise. They recently hired a new guy to run the place who refuses to even talk to residents and has treated my girlfriend specifically like trash. I've been in the office and listened to the way he talked to her. He's not professional and residents are looking to flee this place as fast as they can. They've failed to live up to their end of the lease (safety, water, basic amenities) and don't do anything about it. If you want to live somewhere that's not safe with disgusting grime in all the halls/elevator and other public spaces while paying more than other places because of the laundry list of hidden fees (not kidding it's a LONG list!) this is the perfect place for you! ...
