Horrible on fixing maintenance, one out of two washers always broken, sink leaked the whole time i was there despite several request to fix it and neighbors oven leaked gas at least 10 times within a year and took atleast two days for someone to come fix. lived in 203 E 19th, beautiful building with exposed brick and wood floors but said utilities would be top 60 dollars a month and ended up being 170 for about 4 months and found out they were illegally charging utilities on single meter. Building manager angela and owner steve frenz are awful were very difficult to talk to and try to work something out, ended up having to sue and won. I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...
