I would not live here again, i lived here for 3 years worse decision ever the landlords are shady and fraudulent they do shady business especially when it comes time to moving out. The halls always stink smell like dog p!ss, the elevator are always dirty, homeless people enter in the building and hide in back stair case all the time, security is useless, one time i was locked out of my apartment for over 24 hours because the electronic lock on my door died, there was nothing they could do but wait for lock smith to come out THE NEXT DAY they didn't offer any help or accommodation for me being locked out luckily i had money for hotel but imagine if i didn't i would've had no where to sleep or go for over 24 hours ( i am not from MN dont have family there). The pool is green looks like shrek swamp water, my fridge went out 3 times i lost all if my food the company never offered to replace and took over 48 hours to replace my fridge, then when they replaced my fridge they gave me an old outdated fridge that didn't even have an ice maker. The garage is constantly being broken into by cr@ckheads and homeless people. The security are paid off by the local dr-gdealers that linger on the corner of 14th street. The management team sucks, are often unresponsive unreliable and non-helpful. Upon moving out I was retaliated against by the landlords, i was wrongful evicted after submitting a notice to vacate AND they kept my deposit without an explanation. I had to get an attorney involved on this company. Just be aware everything that glitters isnt gold i don’t care how “nice” it looks BE AWARE OF THE RED FLAGS and ALSO the raise your rent EVERY YEAR without warning, the advertise 1 price but add on EXTRA FEES so you are NEVER paying advertised price always be prepared to pay $300+ more on top of whatever price they are advertising! After all the headaches, shady business, unprofessionalism & fraudulent activity that goes on here I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO LIVE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY!!!!!! I know for a FACT and i can prove that some of the people in leasing office are being paid off by the local dr-gdealers to do shady things like make them all access keys in exchange for lump sums of cash. ...
