DO NOT RENT FROM Buckeye Parks Management. Nothing but problems. Rent is high enough, but they charge "extras" every month. You share a gas meter with other apartments and if you have it set lower end up paying more than you should. The parking situation is terrible. Windows are not insulated good at all. Cold air in the winter pours in. You can hear everything from the tenants upstairs including hearing them talk! If you need maintenance to come out and its after business hours they charge you an arm and a leg. The emergency line is a joke. It goes to a voicemail that says if its after 10pm don't epect a call until after 7am the next day. This is the only way to contact someone after business hours and its really unreliable! I would not recommend any of the properties that have to be signed through Buckeye Parks Management. The people at the office are rude. I honestly think they get enjoyment out of taking college students for what little money thay have! I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...
