Terrible landlord, thought he was going to be cool guy to rent from ended up that his wife was the real boss. Parking is terrible, response time to fix problems took way to long. They advertise that the electricity was fixed and was brand new. There was not a month that went by that the fuses you go out. I could not listen to music and sweep at the same time. HE says he pays for heat, but if you rent from here, get ready to pay for a bed side heater. it will be cold. no Microwave, and kitchen is to small to put one in. I do not recommend. I rented from winter '08 through fall '09. ...
