The management staff is very rude and the turn around time is atrocious. They never pick up the phone and never ever call back if you leave a message. The maintenance service is horrible, their turn around time could be over a month, and they never have any backups of electronics like oven, microwave, refridgerator etc available. They keep increasing the rent each year, even for existing residents. The water charges are around 32$ per person. They are not doing any property maintenance any more like cleaning the hallways, painting, water sprinklers even for the trees and grass. They are only here to make money!!!!!! Save yourself!!! ...
