The landlord tries to work with you on rent issues which is a plus. Parking is terrible. There is a hug lot of parking spaced but a tow truck will still come tow any car on the parking lot that doesn't have a Sonserena Apartment pass The first apartment that me and my roommate lived in was on a bottom floor and it flooded. Well when it was over, she would not put new carpet down but she only wanted to lift and shampoo it. She doesn't fix anything. I told her my shower handle was broke, she never fixed it. I told her two burners on my stove no longer work. My rook leaked into my living room I asked her multiple times to paint it and she did. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!!!
