Only 10 parking spaces for 16 units. Some tenants are older and will file complaints for noise, even on the weekends. One particular tenant has the tendency to make up stories when filing complaints. Floors are hardwood, so noise travels between floors. The windows are paper thin, heat is inadequate, and the units are impossible to air condition due to there not being enough amperage in each unit (fuse blows when the compressor kicks on). The bathroom is like stepping back into the 1950s, plumbing is old and will leak into downstairs bathrooms sometimes. EXTREMELY DRAFTY ...
