This place is great! The management is super friendly and very flexable. If something goes wrong the maintance is there within minutes. There is a weight room, sauna, and tanning bed on the first floor too! They have a really nice security guard at night as well. It has laundry facilities in every apartment and a fireplace too! Honestly, for the location and the price, this is the best place to live downtown! The management treats you like, not just a customer, but a friend. I absolutly recommend this apartment to everybody! I have been here a year and plan on staying here until I graduate...and another plus is that it is right across the street from campus! I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
