DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Penny Lane is rundown, and nobody cares to fix it!! It is gross and I am embarrassed to bring people to my home. Our neighbors are great and our old staff was wonderful. The company that owns Penny Lane is the reason for such a nasty living condition. There is mold EVERYWHERE, our dumpsters don't get emptied regularly (because the bill isn't paid), there is hail damage to the outside of EVERY building (that is, if that building even has siding), there is pest problems. I could go on and on. My neighbors are great, parking isn't bad, it's a good location, but you pay for a HORRIBLE townhouse, that isn't upkept, and you have a very self absorbed landlady. Honestly, there are about 6 other townhome communities withing 5 mins. from here, you may pay more, but you will be so grateful down the road!! ...
