Katie and her team do not cae about you as a tenant. They only care about appearances. They'll ask you not to post any reviews online because it's bad for business. You will never be able to reach anyone in the office. I've been calling for weeks and they rarely answer, when I ask to speak with the manager they claim she's not there but they'll leave a message, that was weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. They were supposed to fix the apartment, especially the door because someone had broken in and they lied about ordering the parts in November. It's now almost January and nothing has been fixed. Please do not rent from here, your well being and safety is not their concern. ...
