This apartment complex has new renewal policies. They tried to raise my rent from %745.00 amonth to $865.00 for my one bedroom apartment. Don't rent here unless you are rich. I rented from summer '07 through winter '08.

Not bad for a first apartment. Smaller size, but good rates. Good access to restaurants, freeways, etc. No issues with crime or excessive noise. I rented from spring '04 through spring '05.
