The manager Julie is a bold face liar and a thief.We lived there from 2005-2008.I moved in when Angel was property manager and she was a nice lady.I moved from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom there and they were transitioning from Angel to Julie. I lived in an all electric building but as soon as Julie came in she started charging everyone 45.00 flat rate gas fee. Then she jumped our rent more than $130.0 in 15 months period claiming we were under rented. I moved in 2005 and Harvard square was running special $559.0 for 1 bedroom,its not somebody gave me a personal favor. With Julie when I left my rent was $850.0 plus $45.0 gas fee for a 2 bedroom (actually the 2nd bedroom is like a small study). The maintenance was horrible, our heating unit made so much loud noise that would wake my baby up and could never get them to fix it or change it, After repeated calling the office they'll send their regular maintenance people(who cuts grass not mechanics)and waste time.She tricked me giving deposit again when I moved to 2 bedroom saying I would get the previous one back,which never happened.After repeated inquiry She claimed she has a video of a carper stain( a lie)and could never show me the video. When we moved out in 2008 she promised my husband she will come and inspect the apartment before we hand out the key. She did not even show up in the office and her stuffs knew that was her day off.She left note for the employee to get get our keys and no word about inspection. I still have the video of a clean apartment leaving behind us and she took again our deposit and $300.00 again for some imaginary stains.Harvard square takes rent directly from bank account so she used the opportunity to steal the money from us.If anyone ever needs me to testify against this thief and her employing company please let me know. $99.00 deposit doesn't sound much but when think that they are doing it with thousands of people it becomes to thousands of dollar of scam. Stay away from this place and if possible take action. I rented from fall '05 through fall '08. ...

Dump and very poor management. No one gets their deposit back. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.
