The leasing office was extremely rude and unaccommodating when I was under a difficult situation with the subleasing and wasn't in town. The person at the leasing office hung up on me, saying she has better things to do. This was the same person who during the initial leasing of the apartment sent vehicle to pick us up and show us the apartment thrice. Really was a nice apartment for a fair price, they cover water for you and have the Ohio State bus service right outside the complex. They never had any social events but took good care of the grounds and were very friendly. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
