I enjoyed my time at Riverwatch Tower. The staff is great and the location is amazing! I rented from fall 2019 through summer 2020.

Location is the only thing going for this place. Maintenance came to my room once-2 days before I moved out. Way too expensive, you're better off living some place far away from campus and commuting to get your money's worth. The office manager Dave is probably one of the laziest and dumbest people I've ever had the pleasure of getting to speak to and although parking was okay at times, you better not need to go anywhere on a weekend of the football game. Social life? They definitely don't have such a thing. There's not even a gym. Also-remember how after the football games there was rumors of Texas fans crapping in laundry facilities? Yup, that was at Riverwatch... You couldn't give me free rent to live in that building again.... I rented from summer '05 through summer '06. ...

The management is getting better after being in charged by the Ohio Equities. The general environment is clean enough for me, and I'm quite satisfied with my current unit. However, as the units in this condominium are owned by different landlords, the condition in each unit differs. I rented from fall '05 through summer '08. ...

The whole building smells--from the elevators to the hallways to the apartments. Elevators were often broken and there were constant renovations. However, it was safe, quiet, and close to campus.
