Get ready to live somewhere LOUD. There seems to be basketball courts in the second floor units, the lawn is mowed twice a week (and in the morning), concrete workers operate jackhammers on random curbs at 7 a.m., garbage trucks try their damnedest to
make as much noise with the dumpsters as possible (again, at 7 a.m.), and idiotic disrespectful tenants blast subs in their vehicles late at night. Oh, did I mention you pretty much need your passport to arrive/depart this foreign country? Spend the extra money and live somewhere else - you get what you pay for in this world.

Okay, the parking gets a 5 because I can always find a spot immediately outside my bedroom windows, woo hoo! However I wish I could sleep IN that car some nights. I'm a graduate student at Ohio State, but I wasn't aware they had a campus in Asia. Get
ready to have the pleasant aroma of curry in your apartment, when the tenants farthest away in the building are cooking it. If Punjabi is not your flavor, you may also be awaken at 4:00 a.m. to the soothing sound of loudly spoken Arabic from across the hall. I have lived here almost two years and the property has turned into a "summer camp" for immigrants. The buildings need a complete renovation as the sub-flooring and floor joists create a symphony of sounds in my first floor apartment. On cold winter nights, I can feel a nice breeze of DRAFT ripping across my face as I lie in bed. AND on that note, the entire community chops up the gas bill and pays the same amount, giving the individual little to no incentive to conserve energy and turn the heat a little lower. Bottom line is the place is a joke and should not even be considered by normal people - cheers.

We also lived on Greentree Ct and had awful experiences. The maintenance staff cuts corners and just fixes things to make them last till you move out. We had several problems in our apartment and we were either told we would have to take care of it
ourselves or it would get done as soon as the work order came through. The girls that work in the front office do not know what they are doing. The rent is too high for what you pay for. Do not live here, there are plenty of other places out there and GS is too shady on many things!

We lived on Greentree court and it was absolutely horrible. You are paying through the nose for "remodled" when all they did was add new counter tops and appliances that were already used but from the 90's and not the 50's when the apartments were
built. Horrible parking, never plow in snow, can't even get your car out because people park you in.
WILL NOT RENT AGAIN
