Love the building and staff. Made me feel safe and walking distance to boyer. will be renewing I rented from fall 2018 through winter 2019.

I really hated living here from the time I moved in. Some of the people that work here have major attitude problems, others seem to know you way to well. Mostly asian, very noisy block. Small kitchen storage space, and even smaller bedrooms. The price is reasonable but I know people who pay less for bigger rooms. It took 6 months for them to get my hot water heater adjusted to the right level. Most people who live there are rude and inconsiderate slobs. Needless to say, I wouldn't live there again for free. I rented in 2012-2013. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
