No parking. Dirty, broken old building. Overpriced by 50% relative to similar apartments in same neighborhood. Het is included, but you pay even in spring and fall when you don't use it. Outside it's dirty, busy, there are panhandlers and bums and prostitutes. The Philly flash mobs keep happening right around this area. Probably one of the worst, most overpriced buildings in the neighborhood. What social life? All the good restaurants and stuff are a mile or more away in Old City and South St. Broad st. is not a 'major attraction' unless you've got season tickets to the symphony and ballet - in which case you would live in a better building (like Symphony House) anyway. Rent includes heat/a.c. which is nice except who know how much they mark up the costs? Views are nice, location is great but overall the old building has too many problems and the management is slow to respond. I've seen mice and cockroaches. Another annoyance is the elevator which is just too slow and sometimes unavailable. Pets are allowed, that's both good and bad. If you don't have a pet, it's bad.
