While the location of Locust Ln apartments is great, the building utilities themself is not in great. Upon arrival the apartment was filthy. There were food stains all over the walls and floors. The painters had painted over hairs stuck to the wall and got excess paint all over the floor. For about 2 months, the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. I contacted ARPM maintenance numerous times and it took them weeks to fix it. For sure not worth the price. ...
