The building and hallways are a little dingy, but the actual apartments are pretty nice. The appliances aren't brand new, but the building has its own bus stop, is literally next door to a grocery store, and is close to campus. Also, it's cheaper than most other apartments in town. I rented from summer '00 through summer '04. ...
