moved in to one of the dirty run down apartments after paying for one to be cleaned and in more in condition. carpet was deplorable and smelled musty. air conditioner was broke 50% of the time. After finally thinking i was over the problems i recieve a letter charging hundreds of dollars for excessive cleaning and repair of holes in walls.... and not to mention a final walk through was denied by office lady. DO NOT LIVE HERE..... may seem cheap but in the end you will pay for everything you have saved all year long. it si really not worth all the troubles. I rented from fall '05 through spring '07. ...
