A few years back they were involved in a class action suit for illegally keeping deposit money. This is really the least of your worries living here.

It was 1:00 in the morning when I finally made the call to Lionsgate maintenance. I explained that my friend was stuck in our downstairs bedroom, and the lock had broken off inside the door. Maintenance did not consider this circumstance an emergency,
and would not help me with my problem. The only advice I was given was to call a locksmith. I've found this apartment complex to have terrible customer service.
