Dont get me wrong, the rooms and stuff are fine, but if you have some sort of situation where you need to talk to management, may the grace of the almighty be with you. Words cannot even describe how rude Stacy, the property manager, is. She is completely unwilling to compromise on anything. All she will tell you is that "you signed the lease." I needed a parking permit for four freaking weeks in the SUMMER and she absolutely would not budge without charging me $50. I sold my car with the parking sticker still attached to the window to some dude in Pittsburgh. I don't think you have to worry about him trying to get some free parking in State College. Well she would not hear it. "Its in our policy that you have to turn the old one in to get a new one." Well its not my fault the other one was literally melted to my window. I am a broke college student, I'm paying you $500 a month and Penn State $8000 every four months, I'm sorry but I don't have 50 dollars to spend on a freaking parking sticker for four weeks in the summer when NO ONE is here. I would look anywhere else before choosing here to live. I saw the horrendous reviews before moving in and blew them off thinking that it would be fine. Don't make the same mistake. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

Beware of 1 thing if you live here. The landlord, I think her name is crystal. an absolute B*tch. She is very obese and hard on the eyes, which is probably the reason she is so awful, it would be irresponsible not to warn you about this sad human being. much like it would be irresponsible to not warn you about manbearpig! ...

cheap and good location, but the quality of the room is really bad. The room has lots of bugs and is very dirty. The management is not very reasonable and will make random outrageous charge to your account. Lots of hidden cost, so i would suggest people to stay away even though it might look cheap at first.
