Very nice, have plenty of your own space. Everything's new and it's fully furnished, free parking. Nice amentities. Get alot for your money. they do not include utilities, so you have to fight your roommates to pay you their share, and when they skip out of town the landlord tells you it's not their problem go hunt them down and beat it out of them yourself I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...
