The Packard Building is located very close [2 blocks] to Drexel's School of Public Health (where I am attending graduate school). My commute to class is less than 5 minutes which is wonderful in the mornings. The building itself is very well kept and the front desk staff is helpful at delivering packages, responding to requests, etc. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond at issues. Parking is located on site in a garage that is very safe. My apartment unit itself has a washer and dryer in it as well as AC, dishwasher, and microwave. While it is a little on the pricer side (I pay $1080 and month +$125 with parking) the view is definitely worth it. The city looks gorgeous at night and as previously mentioned, you can't beat the commute to class. Definitely recommend this building. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
