I liked the location, the parking, and appreciated that it offered secure entry with an intercom. The building is on a Pat transit bus line so getting to school was easy and it's close to everything in Oakland. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11.

I have just left this apartment. The problem about this apartment is that it is extremely difficult to see the manager! He lives in this apartment, but takes care of a few different apartments as well. Probability that you find the him in the apartment is literally less than 1/20. If packages come, there is nobody to receive them since the manager is not there. You will never get what you order in your apartment unless you stay at the apartment waiting for any package you are looking for. Moreover, it's a pretty old apartment built in 1960s, and everything is old. Highly non-recommendable!! I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...

The price of the apartment was very reasonable. Building is beening updates with many new features. Parking was always easy with assigned parking. Laundry rooms were always so clean and well kept. This was a great palce to live. I rented from fall '05 through fall '07. ...
