I lived here for 3 years the first year and a half some one else was in charge. Now it is a dump. My floor flooded and they wouldn't even close the office for five minutes to come look at it. They charged me 600 to keep 2 pets for 1 week (there was a hurricane in my home town). The staff will act nice in the beginning and then they will get very rude and disrespectful once you are a resident. My refrigerator leaked and they said there was no problem.Expect to be charged for everything. Neighbors are loud and up all night. Rats run around the entire complex at night. Do not live here. I've lived at Chimney Sweep Apts for a year. I've seen 2 different landlords. Both equally stupid. Miller Properties secretary illogical and frustrating to work with. Mice, roaches, homeless rummaging through dumpster. Paper-thin white walls. Plus side: pool, laundry room, REALLY close to the capmetro route 5 and UT shuttle. If you are looking for short term, its okay.. but not for long term. All college kids in the complex as long as I've lived here. Make sure you have a car alarm. My car was broken into twice.
