This is a terrible location - huge traffic hazard! Impossible to make a left turn onto FM 620 during morning and evening rush hour traffic. Saw one major accident while living there. Management problems - wrong billing statements, don't return security deposits. Trash containers were often overflowing. Security gates were often broken. Pool was shut down some last summer. Noise was often a problem. Grounds look nice on the outside, but that is about the only plus at this apartment. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08. ...
