when i lived there it was super cheap and close to school. not a palace but sufficient for living and studying, and not loud or near any annoying frat houses. i liked it. i never had any problems with the management or anything. i'm sure the rent has gone up since then but it's probably still comparably affordable. I rented from winter '03 through spring '06. ...
