Great space for me and my roommates with our own rooms and sinks. We were each on an individual lease which is great and beneficial. I loved the shuttle that went to and from school. The pool was a great place to cool off on the long, hot summer days!

I will admit i am very dissapointed in my 2 years living at the ranch and have just recently cancelled my lease renewal. The staff has been less than understanding with everything going on in the world and due to policy wont allow me to cancel my lease even though i have not used the apartment since the start of the pandemic. If you really have no where else to go then i would even recommend living in the dorms over the ranch. ...

Be careful with your car and where you leave it. There have been multiple reports of break-ins throughout the apartment complex. There have also been tons of police reports on noise complaints throughout the apartment as well.

My only complaint about The Ranch is that the walls are thin; I can hear my neighbors frequently, which can be frustrating. Additionally, be weary of utility fees; my rent is about $100 higher because the water bill is calculated by building, and not by unit—this means that my efforts to conserve water are irrelevant to the price of my water bill. ...

The staff is amazing, the staff allowed me to stay in the office after hours to complete a test I needed to complete. They are always providing food for us and we can take surveys and complete task that add up points to receive gift cards. The amenities are very lovely also my most favorite amenities is the sand volleyball court. There's free coffee, computer use and printing in the office. The location is amazing within a 2mile radius there's about 15 fast food places, two grocery stores, two banks, three gas stations. There's always a gift card included when signing a lease or renewing. Each apartment comes fully furnished as well. The commute to campus is about 10 minutes. ...
