This place is a dump. Although it is close to school and on the bus route it's really not worth it at all to live here. I had problem after problem with my apartment and people let their dogs crap all over the place and it's disgusting, especially when you are to walk through the grass to get to the bus stop. There are many other places in college station to live that are cheaper and nicer and I would suggest not living at meadows point. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
